SYNERGI Weightlifting is now  based across 2 sites after closing our facility in September 2022.  

1. Youth and Olympic Weightlifting takes place at UFIT,  Trident Industrial Park, close to  Ocean way. 

2.  Women's only sessions and Powerlifting take place at PB Performace, Portmanmoor Industrial estate, near Ocean way.
